Fitness is underrated. A fit athlete with very modest strength is a rare bird today. Athletes come in practically sedentary and fail to even warm-up without breaking down. I am convinced that athletes need fitness before performance. A great athlete is talented but talent doesn't equal fit. So many times we see the ability and age of an athlete as the direction of our workouts but the starting point of basic and core fitness should be the cornerstone. Progressions, periodization schemes, regeneration, it all starts with an athlete with good fitness and the ability to train every day for 90 or more minutes. If one can't train for 12 hours a week doing light and basic weight training, field conditioning, and skill work without pain, something is wrong. Many athletes look at elite sprinters and think that what they do in competition is what got them there.

Our next 8 week speed and agility session starts Monday April 2, 2012! Beginning assessments for LTT (10-13) ~ 6p, And TTW (14 and up) ~ 7p. (if you are continuing in the classes and will be assessed March 21st or 22nd you do not need to attend monday the 2nd.)
Class Schedule:
TTW will be offered Monday & Wednesday at 7p.
LTT will be offered Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings at 6p.
FUNdamentals will be offered Tuesday evenings at 7p.
Washed Up Athletes (WUA) will be offered Thursdays at 7p and Saturdays at 10a. WUA is for athletes age 18 and up!

One verses one - players will learn ways to both beat the defender and also defend an attacker in a one verses one scenario.

Spring soccer season is almost upon us. It's the prefect time to get in some pre-season skills work with TAD's Scott Forster! Our clinic will include dribbling exercises to help players gain skill and confidence with the ball, passing and receiving techniques paired with passing games to improve the players first touch and passing accuracy. The clinic will finish with a small sided scrimmage to give the players the opportunity to perform the various skills learned during the clinic!

NEW Adult Group Training is now available at TAD! Learn to train like an athlete! This class will be unlike any training you have done before. The class consists of 3 one hour sessions per week of total body speed, strength and cardiovascular training. The emphasis is on training for improved performance. TADSports will focus on movements (not just muscles) and training the body to work efficiently as a unit. Improve your strength, Improve your performance! This class is offered to both male and female "athletes" age 18 and up!
4 WEEK PROGRAM (2x/week) $10 per session. Fee:$80.00
